Lewis and Clark lake if open and free of Ice however the fishing on the main lake is usually pretty slim until later into May as the most of the fish move up near Pickstown to spawn.
Below the dam at Gavins Point the sauger and walleye bite has been great. Vertical jigging with minnow and grub are working best. Lots of trash fish near the bubble so venture up river as far as you can (the signs) and drift back down stream matching the current speed.
