The bite up river from Lewis and Clark lake in the chutes has been very good when the wind isn't blowing and the river isn't to crowded. The clear water and crowd of boats can become a problem up in the chutes so move away from the crowd to find the active fish. Most fish are coming in 18-25'fow way up river. Vertical jigging is working best but these fish should be moving in shallow to spawn anyway now so don't be afraid to try something different. Most anglers are putting at Bluemoon and going down river from there. Trust your electronics in here but navigate cautiously until you get a good trail established.
